0.8 was publicly released on 2006/11/01:
New:
Report a Bug page added for users to report possible problems with the tool to the developers.
Add a Feature page added to allow users to make suggestions for future development.
Title of Polytrope Tool has been changed to Polytrope Tool 0.8 on the tool window.
A page for downloading the tarred IDL distribution has been added.
The technical resources overview page now provides a tree structure describing the organization of the downloadable distribution tar file. Each file in the distribution contains API documentation that is linked to a page that displays this information.
A "todo" list is provided to display future fixes to suggested problems and suggestions for future development.
Fix:
Typographical errors have been corrected in the help links.
Central density help link is now fully functional.
Reorganization:
Downloadable tar file distribution moved to downloads page.
The results table windows now no longer freeze the functioning of the tool and need not be closed to continue use. The user can now scroll through the results using the browser's back and forward buttons.

Fix:
The "Polytropic Index" help window now displays properly when clicked.

Fix:
The reference to the 0.3 release in the downloadable IDL distribution is now 0.6, this release.

The downloadable IDL distribution now contains the GNU General Public License (GPL) documentation.
Fix:
A typographical error in the Technical Resources Overview section has been corrected.
Tool error messages are now escaped for HTML so that they will always display properly.

0.4 was publicly released on 2005/12/23. It is no longer available.
Fix:
The releases list page now complies with XHTML 1.1 standards.
Typographical errors in the help files have been corrected.
Webnucleo uses breadcrumbs for titles. All other titles have been removed in favor of this standard.
The Background, help, IDL and Tutorial sections have been edited for content.
The title at the top of the page is now "Polytrope Tool," in agreement with Webnucleo naming standards for online-tools.

Several links that previously pointed to the 0.1 release now point to this release, 0.3.

Fix:
Typographical errors in the Technical report, Background section and help files have been corrected.
Tutorial images are now consistent with tutorial step order.
"Polytropes" breadcrumb is now "Polytrope" to be consistent with links in the Polytrope Tool.
