A new tutorial has been added that shows how to use the Newton Tool to solve for the motion of a top.
Report a Bug page added for users to report possible problems with the tool to the developers.
Add a Feature page added to allow users to make suggestions for future development.
A page for downloading the tarred IDL distribution has been added.
The technical resources overview page now provides a tree structure describing the organization of the downloadable distribution tar file. Each file in the distribution contains API documentation that is linked to a page that displays this information.
A "todo" list is provided to display future fixes to suggested problems and suggestions for future development.
Reorganization:

New:
Error messages are not displayed next to individual initial condition entry fields.
An additional warning has been added to the dimensions field.
The title of the multi-panel "Newton Tool" has been changed to "Newton Tool 0.3".
A template has been added to the newton tool to enable the user to make a plot with or without the line through the data points.
Fix:
A comma splice has been fixed in the acceleration panel.
Several Screenshots in the tutorials have been updated to reflect the new changes made in this release.
The text in the 'Constant Acceleration' tutorial has been modified to reflect the new plot tool feature controlling the line in the plots.
Several typos in the tutorials have been fixed.
A typo in the Papers and links page has been fixed.
A typo in the Background has been fixed.
Typos in technical reports 2006-05-27-1 and 2006-05-27-2 have been fixed and the references to those reports have been updated.
Reorganization:
Newton Tool does not display an 'invalid' message when fields are left blank..
Newton Tool title in the main index is now aligned to the left.
Text field for the degrees of freedom is now a drop down menu.
The breadcrumb 'Newton Integrator' is now 'Newton'

The Newton Tool now supports 3 dimensions.
Many tutorials have been added in order to give users several examples of how the tool works.
A Webnucleo Technical Report describing some of the technical aspects of the algorithm has been added.
A Webnucleo Technical Report deriving the equations of motion for a bead constrained to a helical wire has been added.
Fix:
Information in 'About this Tool' and 'Technical Resources' links has been updated to be compliant with the latest Webnucleo standards.
Help documentation has been updated to reflect the three dimensional feature.
