Fix:
Typos in the tutorials have been corrected.
Namespace URLs for the input XML files and schema files have been updated.
The alt attribute for the picture in the tool home page has been fixed.
The downloads link in the perl tutorial has been fixed.

Fix:
The perl script now outputs the correct namespace.
The Excel tutorial now shows the correct version for data import.
The distribution no longer contains the schema files. The interested reader can retrieve them over the web from the appropriate schemaLocation.
